Service Terms

Our photography services are provided in accordance with the specifications agreed upon in our booking agreement. The photographer retains full creative control in framing, composition, and styling. All photographs are the exclusive property of Safir Photography unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your service agreement. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. Final payment is due before delivery of photographs.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date within 12 months. For cancellations within 30 days of the event, the full session fee applies.

Intellectual Property Rights

All photographs, editing, and digital files remain the property of Safir Photography. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use photographs for personal purposes. Commercial use, reproduction, or distribution requires written permission and additional fees.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, Safir Photography is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (weather, technical failures, etc.). In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule at the earliest convenience.

Consumers have the option to file complaints with the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/odr

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vienna.

Changes to Terms

Safir Photography reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website.
